Getting Started
Tap the "+" button on the home screen, paste a YouTube URL, and our AI will analyze the video to extract exercises with timestamps. You can then customize the workout before saving.
Videos with clear exercise demonstrations and verbal cues work best. Fitness channels with structured workouts (warm-up, exercises, cool-down) produce the most accurate extractions. Videos between 10-60 minutes are ideal.
Open any workout plan from your home screen, then tap the "Start Workout" button. You'll see a 3-second countdown to get ready, then the player will guide you through each exercise with video sync and timers.
Extraction
Extraction can fail if: 1) The video is private or age-restricted, 2) The video doesn't contain clear workout content, 3) Network issues occurred. Try a different video or check your internet connection.
Timestamps are typically accurate within 2-5 seconds. You can manually adjust them by editing any exercise after extraction. The AI improves over time with more structured videos.
Yes! Tap any exercise to open the editor. Fields are organized into collapsible sections: Basic Info (name, duration), Sets & Reps, and Video Settings. If you try to close without saving, you'll be prompted to save or discard your changes.
Workouts
During a workout, tap the pause button to pause - you'll see a pause overlay with the remaining time and a resume button. Use the skip button (>>) to move to the next exercise. During rest periods, you can also tap "Skip Rest" to move on faster.
Yes! Edit any workout plan and tap on an exercise to change its rest time. You can also set default rest times in Settings.
The workout player syncs with the YouTube video using timestamps. As each exercise starts, the video jumps to the correct timestamp so you can follow along with the original content.
Yes! Tap the X button during a workout and you'll see options to save your progress (partial completion is recorded), exit without saving, or continue working out. Your progress percentage is shown so you know how far you've gotten.
You'll see a completion summary showing your workout duration, number of exercises completed, and estimated calories burned. You can share your achievement, repeat the workout, or tap Done to finish.
During rest, you'll see a countdown timer, a preview of your next exercise (including sets and reps if applicable), and a "Skip Rest" button if you want to move on early.

Try: 1) Close and reopen the app, 2) Check for app updates, 3) Restart your device, 4) Clear app cache in your device settings. If issues persist, contact support.
If signed in, your plans should sync from the cloud. Try pulling down to refresh on the home screen. If you weren't signed in, local-only plans may be lost if you uninstalled the app.
